Addison-Wesley published this book in November 2018. They have a very nice web page for the book.

Where to Get It

Here are Web pages for various web-based bookstores. I don’t know who is selling the book for the lowest price, nor do I know which is best to shop at, so look around!

Be aware there are pirated copies out there. The one I saw had incorrect figures or omitted figures, and some of the equations were either omitted or altered. So be careful!
